Brew 006 - PUNK IPA

First brew of 2018, and yes again the Punk IPA I brew in November. Same recipe except the Yeast, the 1056 was not available at the supplier. Used Empire Ale M15 from Mangrove Jack’s. It’s currently fermenting, did some measurements when I started the dryhop, all numbers looks good, and taste is ok, till now.
