I love most of the BrewDog beers, and it’s very cool they have all recipes online at BrewDog recipes. As I was in Edinburgh and they opened a pub, I tried a few new beers, and decided to go for the Cocoa Psycho. And that came as a challenge as the grain bill is bigger than fits in my 20L Speidel Braumeister. so I split the grain bill and double mashed. The result is awesome i really like how it ended up and for sure i will brew it again.
