Brew 012 - I Love Ginger IPA

My wife wanted a ginger beer, so to keep her happy ;), I had a new excuse to brew a beer. between brew 011 and 012 I also boght the GrainFather Conical and the GrainFather and the glycol chiller. so this was a good time to do the brew. First time for me to add anything else in the brew than hop’s and grain, as ginger and honey.
