Weizen - Brew 002

I was looking for a beer that can ferment on the same temp. as my basement is, ±18/19C. Liked to do a Pilsner, but did not want to invest in a cooling system during fermentation, yet… So I found a Weizen I adjusted the recipe for my Speidel Braumeister 20L PLUS.
